About heatstroke prevention
Heat is continuing and more people get heatstroke. Drink water and salt often. Wear a hat for outside work. Work with 2 or more people if you can. Rest in a cool place every 30 minutes.
About deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
If you sit in a car or shelter for a long time without walking, blood clots and you may get DVT. To prevent it, drink water often. Do light exercise and stretch. Do not drink or smoke. Wear loose clothes. Exercise your legs and massage your calves. When you rest, put your feet up a little.
About starting roof blue sheet installation
The earthquake has caused many water pipe leaks. We are looking for leaks. Surveyors may check your water meter and may enter your land.
